The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) and the host Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC), saw Apex's lacrosse team gain a win over Heritage by a margin of 16-13.
The Cougars (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Falcons enter the Southwest Wake challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Green Hope by Green Level (Cary, NC), 11-8, in a league challenge.
The Huskies (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Millbrook (Raleigh, NC). The Wildcats enter the Northern Athletic challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Millbrook by Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC), 12-9, in a non-league challenge.
