Virginia High School Lacrosse - Gainesville drops to Battlefield

In Monday's league test, the host Battlefield Bobcats lacrosse squad scored a good 15-1 victory over the Gainesville Cardinals.
The Bobcats now have a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to John Champe for a Cedar Run test on Thursday, April 27. Battlefield will face a Knights squad coming off a 17-9 non-league win over Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA). The Knights record now stands at 6-2.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA) in a Cedar Run test, on Thursday, April 27. Gainesville will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Pioneers come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 19-0 league win over Osbourn (Manassas, VA).
