Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL), 11-7 in a non-league battle.

The Warriors now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Naperville North for a DuPage Valley battle on Wednesday, April 26. Waubonsie Valley will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 18-5 non-league win over Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 7-2.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) in a South Suburban battle, on Thursday, April 27. Plainfield North will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 6-6 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL).
