The Greenbrier West Cavaliers softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Princeton Tigers to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Greenbrier West moves its record to 13-0 on the year. The Cavaliers host Summers County (Hinton, WV) to clash with the Bobcats in a Coalfield AA game on Tuesday, April 25. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 0-4.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 25. Princeton will attempt to move on its 11-12 season record.
