The Langtree Charter Lions softball team scored 23 runs and limited the visiting Cabarrus Charter Huskies to 13 in the Lions non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Langtree Charter improves its record to 1-15 on the year. The Lions host Christ the King (Huntersville, NC) to clash with the Crusaders in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A game on Wednesday, April 26. The Crusaders come into the game with a record of 1-9. Christ the King lost 16-0 in their recent league game against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC)

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Langtree Charter Lions (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 28. Cabarrus Charter will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Lions come into the game with a 2-15 record after their 26-13 league win over Christ the King (Huntersville, NC).
