The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the McMichael Phoenix (Mayodan, NC) and the host Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC), saw McMichael's softball squad achieve victory over Randleman by a count of 8-0.

The Phoenix now sport a 21-0 record. They take the field next when they host Tunstall for a non-league match on Wednesday, April 26. McMichael will face a Trojans squad coming off a 14-2 league loss to Patrick County (Stuart, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Randleman falls to 6-13 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC) to face the Patriots in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A match on Tuesday, April 25. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 10-6. Providence Grove lost 5-4 in their recent non-league match against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
