The Model Patriots (Richmond, KY) softball triumphed over the visiting Robertson County Black Devils (Mt. Olivet, KY), 17-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Patriots now own a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Danville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 25. Model will battle a Admirals squad coming off a 16-15 non-league loss to Berea (Berea, KY). The Admirals record now stands at 2-12.

With the loss, Robertson County falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Black devils host Manchester (Manchester, OH) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 26. The Greyhounds enter the challenge with a record of 14-1. Manchester won 14-5 in their recent league challenge against Peebles (Peebles, OH)
