The Shakamak Lakers baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Eastern Greene Thunderbirds to 0 in the Lakers league victory on Wednesday.
The Lakers (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Riverton Parke (Montezuma, IN). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 4-7 record. In their last match, Riverton Parke edged South Vermillion (Clinton, IN), 10-0, in a league match.
