In Wednesday's league test, the host Irondale Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-12 victory over the Roseville Raiders.
The Knights now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Ridge for a Suburban East game on Wednesday, May 1. Irondale will encounter a Raptors team coming off a 11-10 league loss to Stillwater (Stillwater, MN). The Raptors record now stands at 2-1.
The Raiders (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Cretin-Derham Hall (St. Paul, MN). The Raiders go into the Suburban East game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Cretin-Derham Hall nudged Woodbury (Woodbury, MN), 6-4, in a league game.
