The Riverton Silverwolves lacrosse team scored 6 points and held the host Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle to 2 in the Silverwolves non-league win on Wednesday.

The Silverwolves (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Bingham (South Jordan, UT). The Miners go into the 6A Region 2 match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, Bingham nudged Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT), 15-7, in a league match.

The Soaring Eagle (8-2) will now prepare for their match against Waterford (Sandy, UT). The Ravens go into the 4A Region 10 match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Waterford nudged Hillcrest (Midvale, UT), 16-0, in a league match.
