In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Monticello Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a good 15-3 victory over the Orange County Fighting Hornets.

The Mustangs now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Goochland for a non-league test on Friday, April 26. Monticello will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.

In their next game, the Fighting Hornets face the Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) in a Jefferson test, on Friday, April 26. Orange County will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 13-5 league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA).
