The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) and the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), saw Northwest Cabarrus's softball squad achieve victory over A.L. Brown by a count of 13-0.

The Trojans now sport a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Carson for a South Piedmont 3A match on Friday, April 26. Northwest Cabarrus will face a Cougars squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 4-17.

With the loss, A.L. Brown falls to 5-14 on the campaign.
