The Chaska Hawks softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights to 2 in the Hawks league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Chaska moves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Hawks host New Prague (New Prague, MN) to clash with the Trojans in a Metro West game on Friday, April 26. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 7-0. New Prague won 3-0 in their recent league game against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN)

In their next game, the Red Knights clash with the Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 26. Benilde-St. Margaret's will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 7-6 league loss to Waconia (Waconia, MN).
