The Clearfield Falcons the host Green Canyon Wolves softball squad by a count of 9-7 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Falcons (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Roy (Roy, UT). The Royals go into the 5A Region 5 battle with a 2-15 record. In their last battle, Roy by Bonneville (Washington Terrace, UT), 15-4, in a league battle.

The Wolves now sport a 0-16 record. They play next when they host Mountain Crest for a 4A Region 11 battle on Friday, April 26. Green Canyon will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 5-4 league win over Bear River (Garland, UT). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-14.
