Washington High School Softball - Ferndale bounces Sehome

The Ferndale Golden Eagles routed the host Sehome Mariners softball squad by a count of 17-5 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Golden Eagles (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Anacortes (Anacortes, WA). The Seahawks go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Anacortes was routed by Lynden (Lynden, WA), 11-1, in a league battle.

The Mariners now sport a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lynden Christian for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle on Saturday, April 27. Sehome will meet a Lyncs squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Lyncs record now stands at 6-6.
