The John Hardin Bulldogs routed the visiting Thomas Nelson Generals softball squad by a count of 14-4 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Bulldogs (7-11) will now prepare for their bout against Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 13-9 record. In their last bout, Grayson County was routed by Trinity (Whitesville, KY), 16-1, in a league bout.

The Generals now possess a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Bethlehem for a District 19 bout on Thursday, April 25. Thomas Nelson will confront a Eagles/Banshees squad coming off a 21-2 league win over Washington County (Springfield, KY). The Eagles/Banshees record now stands at 14-4.
