In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Burrell Bucs baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the East Allegheny Wild Cats.
The Bucs (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA). The Lancers enter the non-league game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Deer Lakes defeated Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA), 4-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Wild Cats face the Freeport Yellowjackets (Freeport, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 25. East Allegheny will attempt to improve on its 0-13 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a 7-5 record after their 13-5 non-league win over Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA).
