West Virginia High School Baseball - Mapletown wallops Hundred

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Mapletown Maples baseball team scored a nice 24-0 victory over the Hundred Hornets.
The Maples (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Jeannette (Jeannette, PA). The Jayhawks enter the WPIAL 1A 1 game with a 5-7 record.
Next, the Hornets face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Clarksburg, WV) in a Mason-Dixon game, on Monday, April 28. Hundred will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Fighting Irish enter the game with a 8-5 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Tygarts Valley (Mill Creek, WV).
