In Thursday's league bout, the Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA), by a tally of 17-7.
Next up, the Trojans encounter the Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA) in a Dominion bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Midlothian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
The Skyhawks (1-10) will now prepare for their bout against Richmond High School for the Arts (Richmond, VA). The Bulldogs enter the Dominion bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Richmond High School for the Arts was overwhelmed by Huguenot (Richmond, VA), 23-10, in a league bout.
