The Yorkville Christian Mustangs (Yorkville, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL), 10-4 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marquette for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. Yorkville Christian will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 11-0 league win over St. Bede (Peru, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 17-1.

With the defeat, Lisle drops to 1-15 on the year. The Lions travel to Wilmington (Wilmington, IL) to clash with the Wildcats in a Illinois Central Eight challenge on Monday, April 28. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Wilmington won 13-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Sandwich (Sandwich, IL)
