The North Platte Bulldogs (North Platte, NE) baseball trounced the host Maxwell Wildcats (Maxwell, NE), 16-4 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bellevue West for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. North Platte will clash with a Thunderbirds team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 13-6.
With the defeat, Maxwell drops to 2-5 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Centennial (Utica, NE) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Broncos go into the challenge with a record of 0-10. Centennial lost 9-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Central City/Centura (Central City, NE)
