The Winston Salem Christian Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Mount Tabor Spartans to 1 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now have a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Triad Math and Science Academy for a non-league outing on Monday, April 28. Winston Salem Christian will play a Bengals team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC). The Bengals record now stands at 1-9.

With the loss, Mount Tabor drops to 3-8 on the campaign. The Spartans host Central Davidson (Lexington, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 29. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 5-8. Central Davidson lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Winston Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC)
