North Carolina High School Lacrosse - South Mecklenburg drops to Lake Norman

The Lake Norman Wildcats triumphed over the host South Mecklenburg Sabres lacrosse squad by a score of 20-5 in Thursday's non-league contest.

The Wildcats (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 15-0 record. In their last contest, Providence Day beat Cannon (Concord, NC), 18-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Sabres meet the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 29. South Mecklenburg will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 12-7 league win over Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC).
