The New Albany Eagles lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the host Columbus Academy Vikings to 7 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now hold a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Watterson for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. New Albany will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 12-9 non-league loss to Olentangy Orange (Lewis Center, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Columbus Academy falls to 4-7 on the year. The Vikings host Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH) to clash with the Pioneers in a Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 29.
