Fans at Thursday's league contest between the South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA) and the visiting Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA), witnessed South Fayette's lacrosse squad top Greater Latrobe by a count of 19-7.

The Lions (12-0) will now prepare for their contest against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Big Macs enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Canon-McMillan thwarted Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA), 14-9, in a league contest.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Hempfield Area Spartans (Greensburg, PA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 1. Greater Latrobe will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record.
