In Thursday's league challenge, the host Lone Peak Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 15-8 triumph over the Westlake Thunder.

The Knights (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against American Fork (American Fork, UT). The Cavemen go into the 6A Region 3 challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, American Fork was overwhelmed by Lehi (Lehi, UT), 6-5, in a league challenge.

Next, the Thunder clash with the Skyridge Falcons (Lehi, UT) in a 6A Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, April 29. Westlake will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Falcons go into the challenge with a 14-0 record after their 19-4 league win over Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT).
