The Wootton Patriots (Rockville, MD) lacrosse routed the visiting Magruder Colonels (Rockville, MD), 18-6 in Thursday's league outing.
The Patriots now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rockville for a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A outing on Tuesday, April 29. Wootton will face a Rams squad coming off a 17-6 league loss to Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Rams record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, Magruder falls to 1-5 on the year. The Colonels travel to Blair (Silver Spring, MD) to face the Blazers in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A outing on Saturday, April 26. The Blazers go into the outing with a record of 3-5.
