The Sheehan Titans (Wallingford, CT) lacrosse routed the visiting Wilbur Cross Governors (New Haven, CT), 18-2 in Thursday's league outing.
The Titans now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Amity Regional for a Southern Connecticut outing on Saturday, April 26. Sheehan will face a Spartans squad coming off a 17-4 league loss to Hand (Madison, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 3-3.
The Governors (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Law (Milford, CT). The Lawmen enter the Southern Connecticut match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Law was overwhelmed by Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT), 12-6, in a league match.
