Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Park City Miners (Park City, UT), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Wasatch advances its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Wasps travel to Springville (Springville, UT) to clash with the Red Devils in a 5A Region 7 test on Tuesday, April 29. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 1-13. Springville lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Bear River (Garland, UT)

The Miners now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Jordan for a 4A Region 10 test on Saturday, April 26. Park City will clash with a Beetdiggers team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Tooele (Tooele, UT). The Beetdiggers record now stands at 1-12.
