In Thursday's non-league test, the Lakeside Lutheran Warriors (Lake Mills, WI) softball squad got by the host Cambridge Bluejays (Cambridge, WI), by a tally of 9-8.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Whitewater Whippets (Whitewater, WI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 26. Lakeside Lutheran will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Whippets go into the test with a 7-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to Monroe (Monroe, WI).
The Bluejays (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Deerfield (Deerfield, WI). The Demons go into the non-league test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Deerfield held off Parkview (Orfordville, WI), 7-0, in a league test.
