The Riverside Beavers softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Louisville Leopards to 3 in the Beavers non-league win on Thursday.

The Beavers now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perrysburg for a non-league battle on Friday, April 25. Riverside will confront a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 10-0 league win over Whitmer (Toledo, OH). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 12-1.

With the loss, Louisville moves to 8-10 on the season. The Leopards travel to Steubenville (Steubenville, OH) to confront the Big Red in a non-league battle on Friday, April 25. The Big Red come into the battle with a record of 15-3. Steubenville won 9-8 in their recent non-league battle against John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV)
