The Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ) baseball the visiting Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ), 7-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Coyotes now own a 7-15 record.

With the defeat, Apache Junction drops to 4-14 on the year. The Prospectors travel to Globe (Globe, AZ) to clash with the Tigers in a 3A Central challenge on Monday, April 27. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 8-13. Globe lost 6-2 in their recent league challenge against Seton Catholic (Chandler, AZ)
