The Fillmore Eagles (Fillmore, NY) baseball trounced the visiting Avoca Central Titans (Avoca, NY), 11-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hinsdale Central for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 27. Fillmore will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Otto-Eldred (Duke Center, PA). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-6.
With the defeat, Avoca Central drops to 2-5 on the year. The Titans host Naples (Naples, NY) to clash with the Big Green Machines in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 27. The Big Green Machines go into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Naples lost 13-3 in their recent league challenge against Whitman (Rushville, NY)
