The Northeastern Jets (Springfield, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Catholic Central Irish (Springfield, OH), 11-1 in Friday's league challenge.

The Jets now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Liberty-Salem for a Ohio Heritage North challenge on Monday, April 27.

Next, the Irish play the Cedarville Indians (Cedarville, OH) in a Ohio Heritage South game, on Monday, April 27. Catholic Central will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Indians go into the game with a 7-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, OH).
