In Friday's non-league bout, the Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI) baseball squad edged the host Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI), by a tally of 7-6.

Next up, the Norsemen encounter the Fraser Ramblers (Fraser, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 25. Grosse Pointe North will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record.
