Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Joplin Eagles (Joplin, MO), 2-1 in a league test.
With the win, Kickapoo upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Chiefs host Willard (Willard, MO) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 27. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 6-3.
