Indiana High School Baseball - New Prairie loses to Mishawaka Marian

The New Prairie Cougars baseball team (New Carlisle, IN), was overwhelmed 9-4 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Mishawaka Marian Knights (Mishawaka, IN)

The Knights now hold a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Bend Riley for a Northern Indiana test on Wednesday, April 27. Mishawaka Marian will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Jimtown (Elkhart, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-7.

With the defeat, New Prairie falls to 6-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN) to battle the Senators in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 26. The Senators come into the test with a record of 1-5. Washington Township lost 17-6 in their recent league test against South Central (Union Mills, IN)
