Illinois High School Lacrosse - Montini Catholic drops to Metea Valley

April 25, 2022: Lombard, IL 60148

In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Metea Valley Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 15-11 victory over the Montini Catholic Broncos.

The Mustangs now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Naperville North for a DuPage Valley test on Wednesday, April 27. Metea Valley will face a Huskies squad coming off a 20-14 non-league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 5-6.

In their next game, the Broncos face the Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 26. Montini Catholic will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Caxys come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 17-6 non-league win over Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL).
