Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 28. Oconee County will attempt to better on its 14-5 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA).
The Indians now have a 17-4 record.
