The crowd at Monday's non-league game between the Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) and the host Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC), saw Broughton's lacrosse team achieve victory over Pinecrest by a margin of 9-3.
The Capitals (12-4) will now prepare for their game against Enloe (Raleigh, NC). The Eagles enter the CAP 6 game with a 1-13 record. In their last game, Enloe was overwhelmed by Sanderson (Raleigh, NC), 16-4, in a league game.
The Patriots (12-5) will now prepare for their game against Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 10-7 record. In their last game, Northwest Guilford edged Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 25-1, in a league game.
