New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Chambersburg Trojans (Chambersburg, PA), 13-6 in a non-league battle.

The Colonials now have a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastern York for a York Area 1 battle on Tuesday, April 26. New Oxford will clash with a Golden Knights squad coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Cocalico (Denver, PA). The Golden Knights record now stands at 6-6.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Trinity Shamrocks (Camp Hill, PA) in a Mid-Penn battle, on Tuesday, April 26. Chambersburg will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Shamrocks come into the battle with a 10-1 record after their 21-6 non-league win over Berks Catholic (Reading, PA).
