Massachusetts High School Softball - Case gets by Apponequet Regional

The Case Cardinals got by the visiting Apponequet Regional Lakers softball squad by a count of 4-3 in Monday's league battle.
The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Greater New Bedford RVT (New Bedford, MA). The Bears go into the South Coast battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Greater New Bedford RVT nudged Somerset Berkley Regional (Somerset, MA), 6-3, in a league battle.
The Lakers now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Wareham for a South Coast battle on Wednesday, April 27. Apponequet Regional will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to Fairhaven (Fairhaven, MA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-3.
