The New Philadelphia Quakers softball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Ashland Arrows to 0 in the Quakers non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, New Philadelphia improves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Quakers travel to University (Morgantown, WV) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 27. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 12-8. University won 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Hampshire (Romney, WV)

In their next game, the Arrows clash with the Mansfield Senior Tygers (Mansfield, OH) in a Ohio Cardinal game, on Tuesday, April 26. Ashland will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record.
