The Pleasant Grove Vikings softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Granger Lancers to 1 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Pleasant Grove moves its record to 13-8 on the year. The Vikings travel to Lone Peak (Highland, UT) to clash with the Knights in a 6A Region 4 game on Tuesday, April 26. The Knights come into the game with a record of 8-8. Lone Peak lost 12-2 in their recent league game against Skyridge (Lehi, UT)

In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Taylorsville Warriors (Taylorsville, UT) in a 6A Region 2 game, on Thursday, April 28. Granger will attempt to move on its 5-17 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 7-11 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Manti (Manti, UT).
