Washington High School Softball - Warrenton bounces Ilwaco

The Warrenton Warriors routed the host Ilwaco Fishermen softball squad by a count of 18-5 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Warriors (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Willamina (Willamina, OR). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Special District 1 battle with a 1-4 record.

The Fishermen now sport a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Chief Leschi for a 2B Pacific battle on Tuesday, April 26. Ilwaco will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 19-0 league loss to Raymond (Raymond, WA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-5.
