In Monday's league outing, the visiting Plainville Blue Devils softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Lewis Mills Spartans.
Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT) in a Central Connecticut - South outing, on Wednesday, April 27. Plainville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Blue Dragons enter the outing with a 1-6 record after their 8-2 league loss to Berlin (Berlin, CT).
The Spartans (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Berlin (Berlin, CT). The Redcoats enter the Central Connecticut - South outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Berlin was routed by North Branford (North Branford, CT), 16-3, in a non-league outing.
