Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Romeoville Spartans (Romeoville, IL), 19-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Plainfield Central for a Suburban Prairie - South challenge on Wednesday, April 27. Oswego will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 16-4 league loss to Minooka (Minooka, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Romeoville falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Joliet Central (Joliet, IL) to face the Steelmen in a Suburban Prairie - South match on Tuesday, April 26. The Steelmen go into the match with a record of 2-10. Joliet Central lost 16-0 in their recent league match against Oswego East (Oswego, IL)
