The Maple Hill Wildcats crushed the host Berlin Mountaineers baseball team by a count of 22-6 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rensselaer for a bout on Wednesday, April 26. Maple Hill will face a Rams team coming off a 17-4 league loss to Taconic Hills (Craryville, NY). The Rams record now stands at 1-8.

Next, the Mountaineers face the Hoosick Falls Panthers (Hoosick Falls, NY) in a Section 2 Wasaren bout, on Monday, May 1. Berlin will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 6-8 record after their 13-5 league loss to Greenwich (Greenwich, NY).
