The Houston Tigers baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Summersville Wildcats to 1 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers (15-3) will now prepare for their match against Licking (Licking, MO). The Wildcats go into the Class 3 District 9 match with a 16-4 record. In their last match, Licking ran past Plato (Plato, MO), 13-3, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Bunker (Bunker, MO). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Bunker was overwhelmed by Lesterville (Lesterville, MO), 18-2, in a league match.
