The Menlo-Atherton Bears volleyball team (Atherton, CA), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA)

The Monarchs (20-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA). The Lancers come into the WCAL challenge with a 23-7 record. In their last challenge, Saint Francis defeated Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bears encounter the Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA) in a PAL - Bay challenge, on Wednesday, April 26. Menlo-Atherton will attempt to move on its 9-17 season record. The FIGHTING KNIGHTS come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Carlmont (Belmont, CA).
